For all orders placed within the European Union and in Italy, Directive 2011/83 and Law
No. 206/2005 respectively establish the right of withdrawal in favour of the consumer
within 14 days from the delivery of the products for purchases with a value exceeding
€50.00 (art. 47 paragraph 2 Consumer Code).
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without
any penalty and without necessarily specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working
days from the day of receipt of the purchased products after viewing them on our social
media channels, by giving notice to the Seller.
To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must send a communication to the email address
sancarlo1973@sancarlo1973.it, specifying the order and date, the purchased products,
the Buyer's identification details, and bank details (account holder and IBAN for Italian
accounts, and account holder, IBAN, and BIC/SWIFT code of the recipient bank for foreign
accounts) for the return of the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
The Buyer must return the products to the Seller within fourteen (14) working days of
receiving them by sending them, at their own expense, to the address SAN CARLO DAL
1973, Via Giuseppe Luigi Lagrange, 2, 10123 Turin, Italy.
The right of withdrawal is however subject, in addition to the indications in the previous
points, also to the following conditions: (i) the waybill must have been correctly completed,
(ii) the products must be intact at the time of return, (iii) they must not have been used,
modified, or damaged, (iv) they must be returned in a single shipment to the Seller, (v)
they must be returned in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal is not granted in the case of (i) made-to-measure or clearly
personalized products, or (ii) in the case of sealed goods, if these are not suitable for
return for hygienic reasons or reasons connected to health protection, if opened after
delivery.
Upon receipt of the products, after verifying their condition and the subsequent
communication of acceptance/rejection sent to the Buyer, the Seller will have fourteen (14)
working days to return the amount paid by the Buyer. Any additional costs arising from the
Buyer's choice of a DHL courier delivery service different from the in-store pickup offered
by the Seller are excluded.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the
Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. The products, if
requested, will be reshipped to the Buyer at their expense, in the condition in which they
were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller will retain the products and the sums
paid for the purchase.  
These complete instructions regarding the withdrawal procedure and the methods of
exercising the right are made available to the consumer through publication on our website
and in any case at the time of delivery of the goods, on paper.
